Delhi Trade Fair 2025: Complete Guide to Tickets, Timings, and Traffic

The 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF), themed ‘Ek Bharat–Shreshtha Bharat,’ has commenced at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan) and is set to run for 14 days. The fair, inaugurated by Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasada, is designed to enhance business-to-business and business-to-consumer engagement by showcasing products from both domestic and international exhibitors. This year, Jharkhand is the focus state, while Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Bihar are serving as partner states. Additionally, twelve countries, including the UAE, China, Iran, South Korea, and Egypt, are participating.

The first five days of the fair (starting from November 14th) are reserved exclusively for business visitors. General public access begins on November 19th. Business-day tickets are priced at ₹500. For the general public on non-business days, adult tickets cost ₹80 on weekdays and ₹150 on weekends, while children’s tickets are ₹40 on weekdays and ₹60 on weekends. Entry is free for senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

The fair operates daily from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, with entry closing at 5:30 pm. The nearest metro station is Supreme Court, and the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is the official ticketing partner. Tickets can be purchased online via the official ITPO website, through the DMRC ‘Saarthi’ app, or at 55 designated Delhi Metro stations. Commuters are advised by the Delhi Traffic Police to avoid or bypass surrounding roads like Mathura Road, Ring Road, and Bhairon Marg, as traffic congestion is anticipated until the fair concludes on November 27th.
