YS Jagan Visits Ambati Rambabu’s House: Outrage Against Coalition Government

YSRCP Chief and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Guntur on February 4, 2026, to console the family of former minister Ambati Rambabu. This visit came in the wake of a violent attack on Rambabu’s residence and office by alleged TDP activists. Jagan’s tour, which drew massive crowds of supporters along the route from Tadepalli to Guntur, has significantly escalated the political heat in Andhra Pradesh.

Condemning “Jungle Raj” and Government Vendetta

During his visit, Jagan personally inspected the damaged property and vandalized vehicles at the residence. He slammed the TDP-JSP-BJP coalition government, accusing them of presiding over a “Jungle Raj” where democracy is being murdered. He expressed deep anger over the fact that despite Ambati Rambabu being the victim of a physical attack, he was arrested while the attackers were allegedly granted station bail. Jagan assured the family that the party would stand by them and announced that a complaint had been lodged with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) regarding the violence.

A Stern Warning to the Ruling Alliance

Addressing the media and a large gathering of party cadres, Jagan issued a sharp warning to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, and Minister Nara Lokesh. He stated that governments are not permanent and that the YSRCP would return to power in three years. He cautioned the ruling leaders that they would have to “pay back with interest” for the current political vendetta and harassment of opposition leaders. He emphasized that such attacks would not intimidate his party members but rather strengthen their resolve.

The Tirumala Ghee Controversy Refuted

Jagan also utilized the platform to address the ongoing Tirumala Ghee Adulteration controversy. He claimed that recent investigative reports and lab results have debunked the allegations of animal fat being used in the Laddu Prasadam. He accused Chandrababu Naidu of orchestrating a “diversionary tactic” and spreading blatant lies to tarnish his reputation and the sanctity of the Tirumala temple. Jagan demanded an apology from the Chief Minister to the devotees for causing unnecessary distress and misinformation.
