A 16-year-old first-year Intermediate student unexpectedly fell ill while writing her exam. Discovery by Invigilator: Concerns grew when the student did not return to the examination hall for a long period. A female invigilator and other staff members went to check on her in the washroom, only to discover a horrifying scene. They found that the student had suffered a miscarriage. Preliminary reports suggest that the body of the foetus was found in the washroom basin, leaving the staff in complete shock.
