Sudden Illness During Examination: A tragic incident occurred on Saturday at an Intermediate examination centre in Palvancha, Bhadradri Kothagudem district. A 16-year-old first-year Intermediate student unexpectedly fell ill while writing her exam. Shortly after the session began, she complained of severe abdominal pain and requested permission to use the washroom.
Discovery by Invigilator: Concerns grew when the student did not return to the examination hall for a long period. A female invigilator and other staff members went to check on her in the washroom, only to discover a horrifying scene. They found that the student had suffered a miscarriage. Preliminary reports suggest that the body of the foetus was found in the washroom basin, leaving the staff in complete shock.
Police Investigation and Hospitalization: Authorities were immediately alerted, and the student was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency medical care. Doctors confirmed that the girl was approximately five months pregnant. The police have launched an investigation into the matter to determine the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy and ensure justice, given the student’s minor age. The incident has caused a major stir across the district.
