A sensational turn of events unfolded in the government land encroachment conspiracy case in the Gandipet area of Hyderabad. YSRCP leader and former MLA Bolla Brahmanaidu, who is the prime accused in this high-profile case, has finally been arrested by the police. Brahmanaidu, who was hiding in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, was strategically taken into custody by the police on Friday and subsequently shifted to Hyderabad. The police are currently making arrangements to produce him before the court.
This high-profile operation was jointly executed by the Cyberabad Economic Offences Wing (EOW) and the Narsingi police. The Cyberabad Police released an official statement confirming that Brahmanaidu was apprehended during a top-secret operation. According to preliminary police investigations, the accused had masterminded a massive plot to seize the valuable government land.
The investigation is now focused on critical aspects such as the creation of fake land documents through forgery, the misuse of signatures of government officials, and the movement of black money worth crores of rupees in this scam. The Cyberabad Police Department clarified that a deep investigation is underway to unearth the role of other hidden co-conspirators, political leaders, and certain officials who worked behind the scenes with Bolla Brahmanaidu.
