Ram Charan’s blockbuster Peddi is set to make its OTT debut on Netflix on July 9, with audiences eagerly awaiting the film’s digital premiere in South Indian languages. One of the biggest questions among fans was which version of the film would be released on the platform, as the theatrical version was later revised with a few additions and trims.
Netflix has now confirmed that it will stream the final edited version of the film, with a runtime of 3 hours and 5 minutes, slightly shorter than the original theatrical cut of 3 hours and 9 minutes. The OTT release is expected to introduce the film to a wider audience following its successful theatrical run.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi stars Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles, alongside Shiva Rajkumar, Divyenndu Sharma, Jagapathi Babu, and Boman Irani in key roles. Produced by Vriddhi Cinemas, the big-budget entertainer features music composed by A.R. Rahman and has generated strong anticipation ahead of its digital premiere.
