Jaggareddy Says Party Will Decide His Constituency for Next Assembly Elections

Senior Congress leader Jaggareddy made interesting remarks about the upcoming Telangana Assembly elections, stating that he will not contest from the Sangareddy constituency. However, he clarified that he has never said he would not contest from any other constituency. He emphasized that the decision regarding where he will contest will be taken entirely by the Congress party.

Jaggareddy recalled Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s statement that the number of Assembly constituencies in Telangana could increase before the next elections. He said the party is preparing strategically for the future and expressed confidence in the Congress leadership’s long-term vision.

He also praised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s goal of winning all 117 Assembly seats, describing it as a positive and ambitious target. According to Jaggareddy, beginning preparations nearly two years ahead of the elections is a wise political move and will help strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
