Telangana Information Technology and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu held a high-level review meeting at the Telangana Secretariat to assess the progress of the T-Fiber project. Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju, IT Department Joint Secretary Anudeep Durishetty, T-Fiber Managing Director Venu Prasad and other senior officials participated in the meeting. The minister reviewed the ongoing infrastructure and network connectivity works under the project.
Sridhar Babu directed officials to ensure that all government offices across the state receive internet services exclusively through T-Fiber from September 1. He instructed the officials to complete the required infrastructure and network connectivity works within the stipulated timeframe and bring every government office under the T-Fiber network.
The minister also issued strict instructions that no bills from private internet service providers should be processed or payments made after September 1. The government aims to ensure seamless connectivity across its offices through T-Fiber and complete the necessary preparations before the deadline.
