The Rajahmundry district court has once again extended the judicial remand of the accused in the murder case of Dr. Priyanka, which created a sensation in the city. The accused, Suravarapu Daswanth and Joseph Edwards, were produced before the Rajamahendravaram district court by the police after their police custody came to an end.
During the police custody, investigating officers reportedly questioned the accused multiple times and gathered crucial information related to the case. The interrogation is believed to have helped investigators gain clarity on several key aspects of the alleged crime.
Following the completion of police custody, the accused were brought before the court as part of the ongoing investigation. Authorities are continuing their probe into the case, while the court has extended their remand further.
