Nagarkurnool Superintendent of Police Dr. Sangram Singh G. Patil conducted a surprise inspection of the Kodair Police Station as part of the annual inspection programme. During the visit, he instructed officials to maintain cleanliness, create a citizen-friendly atmosphere, respond promptly to public complaints, and ensure transparent investigations for timely delivery of justice.
The SP directed police personnel to respond quickly to Dial-112 emergency calls, maintain strict surveillance on rowdy sheeters, and ensure that Village Police Officers remain accessible to the public. He also reviewed the station’s reception, Cyber Crime Warrior unit, CCTV monitoring system, and the status of pending cases, instructing officers to dispose of cases without unnecessary delay.
Dr. Patil expressed satisfaction with the police station’s maintenance, record management, and staff discipline, appreciating the efforts of the personnel. As part of the visit, he also planted saplings on the police station premises. Nagarkurnool DSP Srinivas, Kollapur Circle Inspector Shankar Naik, and other police officials were present during the inspection.
