India Women Crush England by 270 Runs in Historic Lord’s Test Victory

India Women scripted history with a dominant 270-run victory over England Women in the one-off Test at Lord’s Cricket Ground. Led by captain Harmanpreet Kaur, the visitors delivered an outstanding all-round performance, excelling with both bat and ball to register one of their most memorable Test wins.

India posted 285 runs in the first innings before bowling England out for 170. In the second innings, Yastika Bhatia starred with a brilliant 113, while Smriti Mandhana contributed 70 and Richa Ghosh added a quick half-century, helping India declare at 341/7 and set England a daunting target of 457 runs.

England’s batting line-up struggled against India’s disciplined bowling attack and was dismissed for 186. Sneh Rana claimed four wickets, while Kranti Goud, Deepti Sharma, and Sayali Satghare picked up two wickets each. Kranti Goud’s five-wicket haul in the first innings and Yastika Bhatia’s century also earned them places on the prestigious Lord’s Honours Board, making the victory even more memorable.
