An RTC bus carrying 54 passengers narrowly escaped a major tragedy after it lost control and veered onto an agricultural well near Sundaragiri village in Chigurumamidi mandal of Karimnagar district. The bus was travelling from Karimnagar towards Husnabad when the accident occurred.
Four passengers reportedly sustained minor injuries in the incident. Fortunately, the bus came to a halt before falling into the well, preventing what could have been a major disaster. All the passengers managed to get out of the bus safely.
Locals heaved a sigh of relief as the bus stopped in time and avoided plunging into the well. The incident caused panic among the passengers, while further details about the cause of the accident are awaited.
