Sircilla District Collector Garima Agrawal inspected the ongoing bund construction works along the Maneru River on Wednesday. She reviewed the progress of the works being carried out over a stretch of around three kilometres from the Thangallapalli Bridge, along with officials from the Irrigation and Municipal departments.
The Collector sought details from officials regarding the progress of the works and directed them to complete the bund construction at the earliest. She also instructed Irrigation Department officials to regularly monitor the works and ensure that they are completed within the stipulated timeframe.
RDO Sridhar Babu, District Irrigation Officer Dayakar, Tahsildar Mahesh, Municipal Commissioner Khadir Pasha and other officials participated in the inspection.
