Union Minister Bandi Sanjay congratulated Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on completing 20 years in public life and acknowledged his political journey. Speaking to the media on Saturday, Bandi said both Revanth Reddy and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) had risen in politics through hard work. He also urged the Chief Minister to fulfill the Congress party’s ‘Six Guarantees’ promised to the people.
The Union Minister alleged that the Congress government was using the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process as part of a political conspiracy. He claimed there were attempts to remove Hindu voters from the electoral rolls and warned that such actions could affect the demographic balance in Telangana. He further alleged that the exercise was being carried out in coordination with the Majlis party.
Bandi Sanjay also criticized the state government for allegedly failing to cooperate with officials during the electoral revision process. He reiterated his concerns over the voter verification exercise and called for transparency to ensure that no eligible voters are removed from the electoral rolls.
