Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has invited industrialists and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to make Telangana their first choice for investments and business expansion. Speaking at a special reception hosted by Indian Consul General K. Srikar Reddy in San Francisco during his official visit to the United States, the Deputy Chief Minister highlighted the state’s progressive policies and long-term vision for economic growth. The event was attended by prominent NRI entrepreneurs and business leaders from the Bay Area representing the IT, healthcare, and human resources sectors.
Bhatti Vikramarka said that Hyderabad has emerged as one of India’s leading hubs for technology, innovation, life sciences, and global services. He emphasized that the Telangana government is creating an investor-friendly ecosystem through transparent governance, world-class infrastructure, and a highly skilled workforce. He encouraged entrepreneurs to partner with the state government in transforming innovative ideas into successful businesses while generating quality employment opportunities.
The Deputy Chief Minister also outlined several flagship projects being undertaken by the state, including the Musi River rejuvenation, integrated urban development, and large-scale infrastructure expansion. He said the government is establishing the prestigious Young India Skills University and advanced skill development centers to prepare Telangana’s youth for global opportunities. Speaking on the occasion, Consul General K. Srikar Reddy stressed the importance of strengthening partnerships between governments and the Indian diaspora. The meeting was attended by Singareni CMD Jyoti Buddha Prakash, Deputy CM’s Special Secretary Krishna Bhaskar, IOC leader Hanumandla Jhansi Reddy, and several NRI representatives. Discussions focused on investment opportunities, technology collaboration, and skill development initiatives.
