Six-Month-Old Baby’s Body Missing From Hyderabad Burial Ground

A shocking incident has been reported at the Panjagutta Hindu cremation ground in Hyderabad, where the body of a six-month-old baby was found missing after being buried. A couple from the Charminar-Ghansi Bazaar area had been blessed with twin babies six months ago. Both infants were suffering from serious health issues and were undergoing treatment at a corporate hospital in Banjara Hills.

One of the babies died while undergoing treatment on Saturday, following which the family members buried the body at the Panjagutta cremation ground. The second baby also passed away on Sunday night after its condition deteriorated. When the family returned to the burial ground on Monday to perform the funeral of the second infant, they were shocked to find that the grave of the first baby had been dug up and the body was missing.

After completing the second baby’s funeral, the family approached the Banjara Hills police and lodged a complaint regarding the missing body. Police registered a case and intensified their investigation. The cremation ground workers have reportedly been taken into custody for questioning. Police are currently keeping details of the sensitive case confidential as the investigation continues.
