NEET UG Re-exam: Do Not Believe Paper Leak Rumors, Warns National Testing Agency

As the date for the NEET-UG 2026 re-examination approaches, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a crucial advisory alerting students and parents. The agency has explicitly urged candidates not to believe or fall prey to ongoing rumors and misinformation circulating on social media and the internet regarding alleged question paper leaks. The NTA strongly reassured stakeholders that it is implementing stringent security protocols and comprehensive measures to ensure the examination is conducted in an entirely fair and transparent manner.

To actively combat fraudulent activities, fake websites, and deceptive campaigns, the NTA has launched a dedicated online portal. This newly introduced platform allows candidates and parents to directly register complaints if any individuals or unauthorized entities demand money in exchange for question papers prior to the exam, or if they are found spreading false claims about a paper leak. The testing agency emphasized that students should rely exclusively on the data published on the official NTA website and promptly report any suspicious activities noticed in their vicinity.

The NTA issued a stern warning to malicious groups attempting to manipulate candidates, stating that severe legal action will be initiated against scams and fake promotional syndicates with the assistance of the cyber crime police department. The regulatory authority reiterated its commitment to protecting the future of the students and maintaining the absolute integrity of the competitive entrance test. Candidates are advised to stay focused on their preparations and remain vigilant against deceptive digital channels.
