The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) officially released the results for the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations (IPASE) on Thursday. The state education department announced that students can easily access their results through the official board website or via the newly launched ‘WhatsApp Mana Mithra’ service. Andhra Pradesh IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the students who successfully passed the examinations and those who enhanced their academic scores through the betterment and improvement process, praising their hard work and determination.
According to the official data released, more than 1.83 lakh students across the state successfully managed to upgrade their scores through this advanced supplementary opportunity. For the Intermediate First Year regular category, 1,35,435 out of 2,29,034 appearing candidates (59%) improved their performance, while 42,379 out of 1,09,003 private candidates (39%) passed the exams. In the Second Year regular segment, 48,149 out of 91,303 students (53%) achieved better marks, and 57,327 out of 1,02,018 private candidates (56%) cleared their papers successfully to refine their overall academic records.
The declaration of these supplementary results has come as a massive relief, effectively saving the academic year for nearly one lakh students who had unfortunately failed to clear the regular annual examinations held earlier. With these cleared results, a direct path to higher education has now been paved for these candidates without any delay or gap year. Minister Nara Lokesh expressed his optimism for their future, advising the student community to step into their higher studies with the same confidence and achieve greater milestones ahead.
