Chief Minister reviewed the performance and progress of various departments during a review meeting on RTGS held at the Secretariat on Monday. He directed officials to strengthen data coordination between departments and ensure that public services are delivered without unnecessary delays.
The Chief Minister also focused on the services being provided through WhatsApp Governance ‘ManaMitra’. He instructed officials to further simplify the data-entry process related to the 1,204 services currently being offered through the platform.
Officials were asked to improve coordination and streamline digital processes so that citizens can access government services more quickly and efficiently. The directions are aimed at making service delivery more seamless and strengthening the effectiveness of digital governance.
