Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha has strongly reacted to the controversy surrounding Christian preacher Abhinay Darshan, alleging a deep-rooted political conspiracy. Questioning his motives, she raised suspicions about why Abhinay Darshan, who hails from Kadapa district, travelled all the way to the distant Alluri Sitarama Raju district. She accused him of masquerading as a pastor to deceive innocent tribal people and staging a drama by falsely claiming that he was attacked, in an attempt to mislead the public.
The Home Minister further revealed that Abhinay Darshan has a history of multiple criminal cases against him and is constantly trying to incite hatred between different communities in society. She stated that the ongoing police investigation is also exploring whether these actions were deliberately orchestrated with the malicious intent to defame the ruling alliance government. Anitha assured that the police are conducting a thorough probe, and the names of all individuals involved behind the scenes will be exposed very soon.
Sending a stern warning to wrongdoers, Anitha emphasized that such conspiracies and dramas will not be tolerated under the current alliance government. She advised anyone with similar disruptive intentions to back down immediately, warning that strict legal action will be taken against anyone attempting to create unrest. To uncover more details regarding the conspiracy, she announced that the police will soon take Abhinay Darshan into custody for a full-scale interrogation.
