The Janasena Party, led by Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, is aggressively shifting its focus toward strengthening its political presence in Telangana. With an eye on the upcoming Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections, the party leadership is actively planning to expand its grass-roots network across the state. To streamline this process and facilitate the influx of new members, Janasena has officially constituted a specialized seven-member ‘Telangana Joinings Committee’ tasked with coordinating entries from various political and social sectors.
The newly formed committee comprises prominent individuals, including film actor Alladi Tanish, Mummareddy Prem Kumar, former Telangana Medical Director Dr. Gadala Srinivas, Gottimukkala Naresh Reddy, Abdul Haneef, Chirag Prajeet Goud, and former Telangana DCP Meduri Saraswathi. This committee is responsible for identifying and welcoming intellectuals, social activists, youth, celebrities, and retired IAS or IPS officers who resonate with Janasena’s ideology. The committee will thoroughly screen all applications and forward the screened reports to the party’s General Secretary, Ram Talluri, who will then present them directly to Pawan Kalyan for final approval before hosting large-scale joining events in Hyderabad.
In tandem with this organizational push, Janasena has appointed Dumpati Srinivas as the coordinator for its Telangana media wing to enhance public outreach. Furthermore, the party is set to launch a series of district-wise review meetings starting June 25 under the leadership of Janasena Telangana In-charge Nemuri Shankar Goud. These strategic sessions aim to solidify the party’s institutional framework and accelerate political activities at the ground level across all districts of Telangana.
