Hollywood star Robert Pattinson’s upcoming crime drama ‘Primetime’ has officially locked its release date. Renowned production house A24 has announced that the film will hit theatres worldwide on September 25, raising anticipation among movie enthusiasts.
Directed by acclaimed documentary filmmaker Lance Oppenheim and written by Ajon Singh, Primetime is inspired by a controversial chapter in television history from 2006. The film stars Robert Pattinson as Chris Hansen, the well-known NBC Dateline correspondent who became famous for conducting undercover sting operations targeting suspected online predators.
The story follows real-life incidents in which law enforcement officers posed as minors online to identify and apprehend suspected offenders. Alongside Pattinson, the film features Merritt Wever, Skyler Gisondo, and Phoebe Bridgers in key roles, making Primetime one of the most anticipated crime dramas of the year.
