A new restaurant specializing in Telangana’s traditional delicacy, Bagara Buvva Kodi Koora, was inaugurated in Miyapur, Hyderabad, on Sunday. The restaurant was officially opened by Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi. It has been established by IBS students Abhinay Kumar, Vineeth Reddy, Sukumar Reddy, and Sandeep as a business venture focused on authentic regional cuisine.
The founders said the restaurant aims to serve hygienic, high-quality, and flavorful food while promoting the rich culinary heritage of Telangana. They added that traditional dishes such as Bagara Buvva and Kodi Koora will be the restaurant’s signature offerings, prepared with authentic recipes and local flavors.
Speaking at the inauguration, MLA Arekapudi Gandhi said Bagara Buvva and Kodi Koora hold a special place in the hearts of people from the Telugu states. He appreciated the young entrepreneurs for promoting Telangana’s food culture and wished them success in their venture.
