A major road accident was narrowly avoided in Jagtial district on Tuesday morning after an RTC rental bus collided with a private school bus carrying students. The accident occurred near the Forest Department office in the district headquarters, creating panic among students and local residents.
According to police and local residents, the private school bus was on its way to the school after picking up students when an RTC rental bus approaching from the opposite direction allegedly rammed into it near the Forest Department office. Several students were on board the school bus at the time of the collision.
Fortunately, a major tragedy was averted despite the impact of the crash. Police reached the spot and launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident. Further details regarding injuries or damage are awaited.
