India’s Ministry of External Affairs has responded to remarks made by the Congress party regarding Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. The ministry emphasized that India shares strong ties with Italy and expressed its desire to further strengthen bilateral relations.
An MEA spokesperson said that mutual respect and understanding are essential in bilateral relations. The spokesperson stressed that any issues or differences should be raised in a respectful manner, highlighting the importance of maintaining diplomatic decorum between the two countries.
