Sriharikota: National Space Day celebrations were held grandly on Friday at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SHAR) in Sriharikota, Tirupati district. The event was organized to commemorate the historic success of Chandrayaan-3 and to highlight India’s remarkable achievements in space exploration.
The celebrations were held at the Brahma Prakash Hall on the SHAR campus. Professor T. Narasinga Rao, Vice-Chancellor of Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, attended the event as the chief guest. The program brought together officials and members of the space community to mark the significance of India’s lunar mission.
G. Ramesh Babu, Associate Director of SHAR, presided over the event. The celebrations highlighted the importance of Chandrayaan-3’s achievement and India’s growing capabilities in space research and exploration.
