Sigma, the much-awaited action drama marking the directorial debut of Jason Vijay, son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and actor Vijay, is gearing up for its theatrical release. Starring Sundeep Kishan in the lead role, the film was initially planned to hit screens on July 31. However, reports suggest that the makers decided to postpone the release to avoid a clash with Vijay’s final film, Jana Nayagan.
According to the latest buzz, the high-voltage treasure hunt and heist action thriller is now being lined up for a September 18 theatrical release. An official announcement confirming the new release date is expected to be made by the makers in the coming days.
The team is also preparing to kick off the film’s promotional campaign soon. With Jason Vijay making his directorial debut and Sundeep Kishan headlining the project, Sigma has generated considerable curiosity among moviegoers ahead of its release.
