Monsoon Care Tips to Keep Your Tulsi Plant Healthy and Green

The monsoon season is considered ideal for plant growth, thanks to the cool weather and increased moisture in the atmosphere. During this period, a Tulsi plant can develop new leaves and branches rapidly. However, simply relying on rainfall without providing proper care can negatively affect the plant’s health.

Excessive water, high humidity, and insufficient sunlight can create unfavorable conditions for Tulsi. Continuous moisture around the roots may lead to root rot, while a lack of sunlight can cause the leaves to turn yellow and weaken the plant.

To keep Tulsi healthy during the rainy season, ensure the pot has proper drainage and avoid watering when the soil is already wet. Place the plant where it can receive adequate sunlight and remove damaged or yellow leaves regularly. With these simple precautions, Tulsi can continue growing vigorously throughout the monsoon.
