A shocking incident took place in Sangareddy district after a power bank found on a school playground suddenly exploded, leaving a fourth-grade student seriously injured. The incident caused panic among students and teachers at the school.
According to reports, the incident occurred at a government school in Kothur (D) village of Kohir mandal. A fourth-grade student named Rakesh was playing on the school ground when he found the power bank. Out of curiosity, he picked it up, put it in his trouser pocket and continued playing.
Meanwhile, the power bank suddenly exploded with a loud sound, causing flames to erupt and leaving the boy with severe injuries. The incident has raised concerns about the safety of unidentified electronic devices found in school premises.
