Kishan Reddy Rejects Allegations Over Revanth Reddy’s US Visit

Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy strongly responded to the controversy over the Ministry of External Affairs denying permission for Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s proposed visit to the United States. Speaking at a press conference in Delhi, he rejected allegations made by Congress leaders that the Centre had deliberately blocked the Chief Minister’s foreign trip.

Kishan Reddy said that denying permission for foreign visits is part of a routine administrative process and is not politically motivated. He dismissed the Congress party’s accusations that the central government had intentionally created obstacles for Revanth Reddy’s visit.

He also criticised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge for allegedly politicising the issue and attempting to tarnish the Centre’s image. Kishan Reddy maintained that the matter should be viewed as an administrative decision rather than a political controversy.
