Chinese technology giant Huawei has officially unveiled its latest premium smartphone, the Huawei Pura X View. Unlike conventional smartphones, the device features an unusually wide, tablet-like 6.39-inch OLED display with a 16:9.5 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by the Kirin 9030S chipset and runs on HarmonyOS 7.
The Pura X View stands out with its powerful camera setup, headlined by a 200-megapixel primary camera. It also features a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP front camera. Huawei has equipped the smartphone with 12GB RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage, making it a high-end flagship offering.
Another major highlight is its massive 7,000mAh battery, which supports 66W wired and 50W wireless charging. Despite the large battery, the phone measures just 6.68mm thick and weighs around 201 grams. The device also carries IP68 and IP69 protection ratings. The Huawei Pura X View has launched in China starting at CNY 5,999, with sales beginning September 9.
