Young hero Nikhil Siddhartha is playing the lead role in the upcoming pan-India film ‘Swayambhu’. Directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, the period action drama is being produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under the Pixel Studios banner. Sanyuktha Menon and Nabha Natesh are playing the female leads.
On the occasion of Sanyuktha Menon’s birthday, the makers released a special video introducing her character. The 40-second video shows Sanyuktha wielding a sword and fighting enemies as a brave warrior. She plays a powerful character named Bhoomi in the film. To bring authenticity to the role, Sanyuktha underwent special training in horse riding and martial arts.
Sanyuktha, who has previously impressed audiences with softer and emotional roles, will be seen in a completely different avatar as a warrior in ‘Swayambhu’. The role is expected to be one of the most challenging in her career. The film is currently progressing at a brisk pace, and the makers are expected to announce its official release date soon.
