As per the directions of G. Kabarthi, Chairman-cum-District Principal Judge of the District Legal Services Authority, Kurnool, a review meeting on the duties of panel lawyers was conducted at Nyaya Seva Sadan in the Kurnool Court Complex. The meeting was organised in hybrid mode under the guidance of committee members, including First Additional District Judge P. Kamaladevi and B. Leela Venkata Seshadri, Secretary-cum-Senior Civil Judge of the District Legal Services Authority, Kurnool.
During the meeting, officials discussed the responsibilities of panel lawyers, providing legal advice, case details and the progress of cases. The participants also reviewed the status of various cases and discussed measures to ensure their speedy resolution.
Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel Shivaram, Assistant Legal Aid Defence Counsel Sulochana and panel advocates participated in the meeting. The officials emphasised the importance of effective legal assistance and timely resolution of cases handled through the District Legal Services Authority.
