Vedulla Venkata Narasamma, a resident of Tummuru village, had been missing for the past three days. Following a complaint from her family members, Sathupally police registered a missing persons case and launched an investigation into her disappearance.
During the investigation, police reportedly developed suspicion against Narasamma’s son-in-law, Tirupathi Rao. After taking him into custody and questioning him, he allegedly confessed to killing Narasamma, according to the police. Investigators are now looking into the circumstances surrounding the alleged murder.
Police suspect that a property dispute involving Narasamma may have been the motive behind the alleged crime. Further investigation is underway to establish the exact circumstances of the incident and identify any other possible factors involved.
