Gudur: Code Sprint National-Level Hackathon Held at Adi Shankara University

A national-level hackathon titled ‘Code Sprint’ was organised at Adi Shankara University near Gudur town. Vikrama Simhapuri University Vice-Chancellor Srinivasulu, who attended the event as the chief guest, inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Students from several colleges enthusiastically participated in the hackathon and showcased their innovative ideas and technical skills.

Addressing the gathering, Vice-Chancellor Srinivasulu said that such programmes provide students with an opportunity to share innovative ideas with one another and work together to find solutions to real-world problems. He noted that lakhs of students complete higher education every year and encouraged them not only to seek employment but also to develop the skills and vision needed to become job creators.

University Chancellor Aravind also emphasised the importance of encouraging students to participate in technology-based programmes and develop practical skills. He said that events such as hackathons help students improve their problem-solving abilities, creativity and teamwork. The programme provided an encouraging platform for students to demonstrate their talent and explore innovative solutions.
