Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju starrer Malayalam romantic comedy ‘Bethlehem Family Unit’ is all set to entertain Telugu audiences. Directed by Girish A.D., known for the blockbuster hit Premalu, the film was released in Malayalam on August 21 and went on to become a major success. The movie has reportedly crossed the ₹200 crore gross mark worldwide and is now nearing the ₹250 crore milestone.
The Telugu dubbed version of ‘Bethlehem Family Unit’ is scheduled to hit theatres on September 4, 2026. The Tamil version is also expected to release around the same time. With the film already creating a strong buzz in Malayalam, audiences across the Telugu and Tamil markets are eagerly waiting to see how it performs in the South.
Interestingly, the makers initially considered remaking the film in Telugu. However, Mythri Movie Makers reportedly decided to release the original film directly in Telugu through dubbing instead. With its successful Malayalam theatrical run and popular lead cast, the film is expected to attract considerable attention among Telugu moviegoers.
